Atlantic Volunteers
Atlantic Volunteers places volunteers and interns with non-profit organisations in Cape Town and in the Eastern Cape. This is combined with a 1 to 2-day orientation seminar in order to guarantee a successful work experience. In the seminar we introduce our participants to South African culture, society and every-day life. We also provide individual training for the work they will do during their stay. We especially believe in the important role and vital effect of locally driven non-profit organisations and small projects started by members of the community. Together with our participants, we strive towards empowering and supporting people from less advantaged backgrounds.
